We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.


Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


How to Start a Return
To start a return, contact us at ebayzonexpress.com@gmail.com with your order details, the reason for the return, and any supporting information. Once approved, we will provide the supplier's return address and specific instructions for the return process.

Please note:

  • Items must be sent directly to the supplier's return address or their designated location.
  • Returns sent to our business address will not be accepted.

If your return is accepted, the supplier will provide a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior approval will not be processed.

Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at ebayzonexpress.com@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Include photos and a detailed description to help us resolve the issue quickly.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you receive what you need is to return the item you have (once approved) and place a new order for the replacement.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. The item must meet the eligibility criteria mentioned above.


Refunds
We will notify you once the supplier confirms receipt and approval of the return. If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
